Digital licence and refund policy

KS8 products are digitally delivered software licences. Before payment, the customer must confirm the selected edition, duration, features, compatibility, system requirements, and the one-device limit.
After a licence key has been delivered to the customer account or email, downloaded, activated, or bound to a device, the sale is final and KS8 does not provide a voluntary refund for change of mind, failure to use the product, selection of the wrong edition or duration, unsupported equipment disclosed before purchase, trading losses, expected results, or dissatisfaction with market performance.
This policy does not remove remedies required by applicable law or binding payment-provider decisions. KS8 will investigate duplicate charges, unauthorized payments, verified non-delivery, and proven technical defects that prevent the purchased software from functioning as accurately described. A PayPal dispute, reversal, refund, or chargeback may suspend or revoke the related licence automatically.
KS8 is analytical software. It does not guarantee profit, execute customer trades, hold customer funds, or provide personalized investment advice.

بعد تسليم مفتاح الترخيص إلى حساب العميل أو بريده الإلكتروني، أو تنزيله، أو تفعيله، أو ربطه بجهاز، تُعد عملية البيع نهائية ولا تقدم KS8 استردادًا اختياريًا بسبب تغيير الرأي أو عدم استخدام المنتج أو اختيار إصدار أو مدة غير مناسبة أو استخدام جهاز غير مدعوم تم توضيحه قبل الشراء أو خسائر التداول أو عدم تحقيق نتائج متوقعة.
لا تلغي هذه السياسة الحقوق أو الحلول الإلزامية قانونًا أو القرارات الملزمة لمزود الدفع. ستتم مراجعة الخصم المكرر والدفع غير المصرح به وعدم التسليم المثبت والعيب التقني المثبت الذي يمنع البرنامج من العمل وفق الوصف الصحيح. قد يؤدي نزاع PayPal أو عكس الدفع أو الاسترداد أو الاعتراض البنكي إلى تعليق الترخيص أو إلغائه تلقائيًا.
KS8 برنامج تحليلي، ولا يضمن الأرباح ولا ينفذ صفقات العملاء ولا يحتفظ بأموالهم ولا يقدم استشارة استثمارية شخصية.
