Installation sequence

Verify the supported Bookmap and Java environment shown in the current compatibility notes.
Sign in to the customer account and download the active JAR for your licensed edition.
Add the JAR through Bookmap’s supported add-on workflow.
Enter the serial through the approved activation screen and confirm the edition and device state.
Keep the serial private and do not place it in screenshots or support messages.

If activation does not complete

Do not repeatedly reinstall or reset the device. Record the safe error code, confirm system time and network reachability, then open a support request from the customer account without sending the raw serial.
